Who we are
Jeahla (https://jeahla.com) is operated by Charisse, an individual owner based in Puerto Rico. For privacy questions or requests, email help@jeahla.com.
Our shop
We are preparing to sell our own digital downloads to customers in Puerto Rico and the United States. Product previews are available, but checkout is not yet open. Outside sellers are not part of the initial launch. The order and payment sections below describe how information is used when those features are available.
Information we collect and why
When you browse, our hosting and website systems process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. This helps deliver the site, investigate errors and protect against misuse.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
If you create an account, WordPress stores your username, email address and protected password credentials. When you order, we collect contact and billing details needed for payment, applicable taxes, order support and delivery. Order records include products, amounts, payment status, transaction references and download permissions or access records. Guest checkout is configured; an account is optional.
Payments
PayPal is our connected payment provider. Transaction and contact information needed to process payments, prevent fraud and manage refunds is shared with PayPal. PayPal processes payment credentials under its own Privacy Statement. We receive payment status and transaction references to fulfill orders and handle support. Do not enter payment-card details into order notes or support messages.
Cookies and browser storage
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar storage for login sessions, account preferences and shopping-cart functions when those features are used. CookieAdmin records cookie preferences, the time of the choice and country information when available. The consent preference is configured to expire after 365 days.
Use the cookie-preferences control to review available choices. You may also clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies needed for login or checkout can affect those features. PayPal may use its own cookies or storage when its payment features load or you interact with them; its privacy statement explains its practices.
Google Analytics is not connected through MonsterInsights as of this update. We do not currently run advertising pixels. The site does not separately respond to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Cookie choices remain available through the preferences control.
Who can access information
Namecheap provides our website hosting and support mailbox. Authorized site administrators access information needed to operate the shop and answer requests. WordPress, WooCommerce and installed security and consent tools support site operation. PayPal processes payments as described above. Service providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate.
We do not sell or rent customer personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or legal claims. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
How long information stays
Information is used for account access, downloads, support, security, accounting and applicable recordkeeping or dispute needs. Order and account records do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline configured. Deletion requests are reviewed individually; records needed for legal obligations or unresolved transactions may be retained. Backup copies may remain until the hosting backup cycle replaces them and are not used for routine customer access.
Your choices and requests
Email help@jeahla.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We will explain if deleting an account would affect download access or if records must be retained. Do not send identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification process has been explained.
Children
This shop is intended for adults purchasing digital products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information can contact help@jeahla.com.
Updates
We update this page when our practices change and show the revision date above. We will provide additional notices when required.
