A little help with your downloads.
Simple steps for opening, printing and using your Jeahla files. Our shop is preparing to open; you can preview the collection now.
Where are my downloads?
When checkout opens, eligible download links will appear on the order confirmation page after payment is confirmed. Pending payments may not provide access immediately. Save your order details and keep a backup of your downloaded files. If you cannot find your link, email help@jeahla.com with your order number.
What will I receive?
Our current collection contains digital files only. No physical items are shipped. Read each listing for its included files, page sizes, editable fields and required software.
How do I open a ZIP?
Save the ZIP to your device and extract it before opening the included files. On a computer, use Extract All or double-click the ZIP. Start with the included Read Me or printing guide.
Which size should I print?
Choose US Letter for 8.5 × 11 inch paper or A4 for 210 × 297 mm paper. Select Actual Size or 100% scale and print one test page first. The different sizes and colors contain the same designs, unless the listing says otherwise.
Can I edit the files?
Most planner PDFs are static pages to print and complete by hand. The Garden Party invitation collection requires Microsoft PowerPoint; the wording is editable and the artwork is fixed. The Blush & Bow bundle has fill-in fields only on its invitation and welcome sign; use Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer for those fields.
Why do colors look different?
Screens, printers, ink and paper can change how colors appear. Ink-saving versions are included where described. Test your settings before printing a full pack.
What may I do with the files?
Follow the personal-use terms included with your product. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files or blank templates. Any permission to give handmade items or share completed event worksheets is described in that product’s instructions.
What if a file does not work?
Keep your order number and the product name. Note the file name, device, software and error message so support can help. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or other sensitive information. Contact help@jeahla.com for product and download questions.
